30-Day's Notice of Vacancy
In vacating, Occupant shall cause the Unit to be completely cleared and cleaned and to be free of any damages. Then Occupant shall report this to the Company Office, which shall then determine if Company standards for vacating have been met. If Company agent has deemed this so, Occupant and the Company agent shall sign in the section below, which shall cause this Rental Agreement to terminate. If this is not done, the Rental Agreement shall remain effective and rent shall continue to accrue. The thirty (30) day period must be completed in order to be eligible for pro-rata refund of paid rents. If Occupant has been issued a key(s) by Security Deposit from the Company, this key must be returned on the day of Occupant’s signing the Rental Agreement Termination to be remitted deposit. The foregoing will not affect any other outstanding Rental Agreements or other agreements that Occupant may be entered into with Guardian Storage, Inc.
