Standard access hours are 7:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M., 7 days a week. The last entry is at 6:45 P.M. The gate is locked on major holidays.

The extended access hours are from 5:00 A.M. - 11:00 P.M., 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The extended access hours units are in a separate area and only the units designated in the extended access hours column have these hours available.

A $25 key deposit & a $15 administrative fee is required for all new rentals. One full month's rent is due on rental agreement signing. The second month will be pro-rated. Rent is due on the 1st of the month for all units. The rental agreement is on a month-to-month basis, renewing every 1st of the month.
