Only the Lessee is able to change information on an account unless Lessee has already given written authorization to another party to do so or has already given documentation to the company showing proof of power-of-attorney or as executor of Lessee's estate, etc, or is an authorized person acting on behalf of a company or other such entity.
30-Day's Notice of Vacancy
In vacating, Lessee shall cause the Unit to be completely cleared and cleaned and to be free of any damages. Then Lessee shall report this to the Company Office, which shall then judge if Company standards for vacating have been met. If Company agent has deemed this so the lease will be terminated. If this is not done, the Lease shall remain effective and rent shall continue to accrue. Tenant is solely responsible for completing the move-out process and terminating the lease with the office. The thirty (30) day period must be completed in order to be eligible for pro-rata refund of paid rents. If Lessee has been issued a key by Security Deposit from the Company, this key must be returned on the day of lease cessation to be remitted deposit. The foregoing will not affect any other outstanding Leases or other agreements that Lessee may be entered into with Guardian Storage, Inc.
